How do I get started?
Book a free consultation through the link on this site. We'll talk through your idea, placement, and vision — no pressure, no commitment.
Do you take walk-ins?
No. Every session is by appointment only. That's how I make sure you get my full attention from start to finish.
What happens during the consultation?
We talk. I want to understand what you're going for, what it means to you, and whether I'm the right fit for your project. It's a conversation, not a sales pitch.
Will I see the design before my appointment?
Yes. I'll have the design ready for you to review before we start. If something doesn't feel right, we'll refine it until it does.
Can I make changes to the design?
Absolutely. The design process is collaborative. I'd rather get it right than rush it.
About the Studio
Where are you located?
I work out of a suite at Parlor Suites — 697 E Broad St, Suite 2D, Columbus, OH 43215.
Is the studio private?
I share the suite with a small number of other artists, but your session is entirely your own. No walk-ins, no waiting room. When you're in my chair, you have my full attention.
Can I bring someone with me?
Space is limited, but reach out and we'll figure something out if it's important to you.
About Pricing
How much does a tattoo cost?
Pricing is based on time and project scope. The minimum is $100. Larger pieces are best suited for half or full-day sessions. We'll talk through the details during your consultation.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to hold your appointment. It goes toward the cost of your tattoo.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes — 22% off for all veterans and active duty military. It's the least I can do.
About the Tattoo
How long will my session take?
It depends on the piece. Smaller work can be done in a few hours. Larger projects are broken into multiple sessions to allow for proper healing and detail.
Does it hurt?
Honestly, yes — but I'm light-handed and patient. If you need a break, just say the word.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Get a good night's sleep, eat a solid meal beforehand, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed.
What should I do after my tattoo?
I'll send you home with full aftercare instructions. Follow them closely and reach out if you have any questions — I'm here throughout the healing process.
Are touch-ups included?
Yes. One free touch-up is included within the first 6 months. I want your tattoo to heal well and age even better.
About the Work
Do you do cover-ups?
Cover-ups are something I genuinely enjoy. After years of doing them, I've learned that most things can be covered with the right approach and design. If you've got something you've been wanting to fix or transform, bring it to me — chances are we can work with it. Send a photo and let's talk.
Do you work from reference images?
Yes — references are a great starting point. But everything I create is built from scratch around your body and your vision. I don't trace or copy.
Do you repeat designs?
Never. Every piece is one of a kind.
What styles do you specialize in?
Illustrative realism, Art Nouveau, and cartoon/whimsical work. Each one approached with the same level of care and intention.
